Owner / Chief Executive Officer
Stephanie Scogland is a visionary leader and the CEO of our company, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a strong sense of purpose. Stephanie's journey to the helm of the company began after the unexpected passing of her husband, Jeff Scogland, in September 2022.
Stephanie's passion for making a positive impact on the world started early on when she pursued a bachelor's degree in environmental science at UMass Amherst. For the past eight years, Stephanie served as the Director of Food Safety for Sodexo North America, a global leader in quality-of-life services. In this role, she played a pivotal role in reorganizing the Food Safety Quality Assurance Program, implementing rigorous standards, and achieving ISO 22000 registration. Stephanie's commitment to excellence and her ability to navigate complex challenges earned her recognition as one of Sodexo's emerging leaders in 2019.
With the sudden loss of her husband, Stephanie demonstrated immense strength and resilience by taking on the responsibility of leading our company during a profoundly difficult time. Leveraging her exceptional leadership skills and deep understanding of organizational dynamics, Stephanie successfully guided our company through the transition, ensuring stability and growth.
Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie's personal life is equally inspiring. She is the President of the Jeff Scogland Memorial Fund and she cherishes her role as a mother and finds joy in spending quality time with her two children. In her leisure hours, Stephanie is a lover of live music and embraces the opportunity to explore new places through travel.
As our CEO, Stephanie Scogland embodies the qualities of a compassionate and forward-thinking leader. Her unwavering dedication to our company’s success, coupled with her commitment to making a positive impact on the world, make her an invaluable asset to our organization. Under Stephanie’s guidance, we are confident in our ability to achieve new heights and create a brighter future for all.
