Jen Gagne

Jen joined RT Forbes in August of 2023 as the Sales Manager. New to cooling towers, Jen has quickly taken to learning the technical aspects of this business and has become a resource to our customers.

Jen attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with Steph and Jeff Scogland and graduated with a double degree in Marketing & Communications. After college, Jen worked in a variety of Marketing and Sales roles including managing ticket sales for the Deutsche Bank Championship, selling season tickets for the Bruins, and a 16-year run selling digital advertising at Yahoo. She brings over 20 years of experience in consultative selling and building client relationships, plus has won awards and client recognition for her customer service and focus on client needs. Jen is excited to bring this experience to RT Forbes.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys playing softball in a women’s league, art, book club, plus spending quality time with her family, friends, and dog.
